Well, you took the plug! (no pun intended) And after careful planning of your finances, where you'd like it to be and the landscaping, it now needs to be wired, and you need an electrician.

Budget constraints seems to be the biggest problem. We all look for the biggest bang for our buck, and I'm just as guilty as everyone else is, but this is NOT an area you need to trust to just anyone. Please don't hire the cheapest electrician you can find, because someone's life may depend on it.
